Prepare and validate your Etsy listings, publish them through Printify

ListBeast turns your product, pricing and SEO presets into listing drafts, edits them in bulk and runs publishing through Printify. Every field stays manually editable at all times.

Publishing chain: Local App → Printify API → Printify → Etsy.

How it works

  1. 1. Prepare locally — product/pricing/SEO presets, images and variants in your own database.
  2. 2. Printify API — the content you approved is written to a Printify product.
  3. 3. Printify — publishes the product to your connected Etsy shop.
  4. 4. Etsy — ListBeast only reads (shops_r, listings_r) to verify and reconcile the result.

ListBeast never writes to Etsy: its Etsy API access is read-only, with no write scope and no write endpoint.

What it does

Presets and validation

Product, pricing and SEO presets fill listing fields; three separate validation layers surface gaps before publishing.

Deterministic pricing

Prices are computed in integer cents. AI never sets a price.

Bulk editing and import

CSV/XLSX import, bulk edits, undo and conflict detection.

Image and mockup management

Print designs and sales-gallery mockups are managed separately; the gallery plan is frozen at approval time.

Publish jobs and reconciliation

Batch publish jobs, explicit retry rules and read-only verification of the result on Etsy.

Bilingual interface

The interface is Turkish and English; listing content language is independent of the interface.

AI suggests, it does not decide

AI only drafts titles, descriptions and tags. Suggestions never become publish-ready without your approval, never affect pricing and never silently overwrite your manual edits. Data read from the Etsy API is never sent to the AI provider.

Desktop and web

The desktop client targets Windows and macOS (Tauri). Session tokens live in the OS keychain. Packaging and code signing are not finished yet.

Amazon integration — Planned

Amazon integration is on the ListBeast roadmap. No availability date has been announced.

Planned subscription and launch pricing

ListBeast will be offered as a monthly and an annual subscription. No lifetime licence is planned.

Polar (merchant of record) is planned as the payment infrastructure; no written pre-approval has been obtained and no integration exists.

Current status

The application is in development and compliance preparation. No Etsy Commercial Access request has been made, and there is no public sign-up or purchase flow. The legal texts are drafts pending lawyer review, and the official business details will be published before commercial launch.
